Refund Policy

  • All payments made on NBFCwala for subscriptions, listings, services, lead programs, or any other paid products are non-refundable, except where expressly stated in a written agreement or required by applicable Indian law. Once a payment is made, no refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided for unused services, early cancellations, or non-use of the platform.
  • Subscriptions and services automatically renew unless cancelled in advance within the specified notice period. Cancellation requests take effect only at the end of the current billing period. No mid-term cancellations will be entertained.
  • If NBFCwala permanently discontinues a paid service or product, users will be eligible for a refund of any prepaid fees for the portion of the service that will no longer be provided, calculated from the effective date of discontinuation. Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment unless NBFCwala decides otherwise.
  • Users must report any billing disputes or payment discrepancies within 180 days of the charge. Failure to report within this period will waive the right to dispute the payment.
  • NBFCwala reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of the platform's Terms of Use.
